●Tsukemen(for 1 serving)
200 ml Tonkotsu soup
20 ml soy sauce based sauce
some grated garlic
1 tsp dried sardine powder
some Char Siu, spring onion, Ma-yu
some onion, Menma, Nori
1 hank ramen noodle

●Much hydrated noodle(for 3 hanks)
240 g hard flour
3 g baking soda and salt

●Char Siu(for 3 servings)
300 g pork shoulder.
150 ml sake
50 ml mirin
100 ml soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar

●Soy sauce based sauce(for 200 ml)
150ml soy sauce
50 ml light soy sauce
1/2 tsp salt

●Tonkotsu soup(for 1000 ml)
1 kg pork leg bone
3000 ml water
