Cabbage Rolls Recipe (Tender Cabbage Stuffed with Juicy Ground Meat Filling) | Cooking with Dog

In the cold season, let’s make hot Cabbage Rolls to help us keep warm and relax. The cabbage simmered on low heat is so tender and sweet!

How to Make Cabbage Rolls

(serves 4 | 8 pieces)
200g Ground Beef and Pork, or single ground meat (7.1 oz)
1/2 tsp Salt
Pepper
20g Panko, Japanese breadcrumbs (0.7 oz)
3 tbsp Milk
1 Egg
70g Onion, chopped (2.5 oz)

1 Cabbage, 1.6kg/3.5 lb per cabbage

1 package of Tomato Sauce, 295ml/1.25 cups per package
250-300ml Hot Water, until cabbage rolls are submerged (1.06-1.27 cups)
30g Bacon, sliced, 5mm/0.2″ strips (1.1 oz)
1 Bouillon Cube, 5.3g/0.2 oz per piece

1 Bay Leaf
Salt
Pepper
Parmesan Cheese, grated
Parsley Leaves, chopped

I remember discovering this channel around 7 years ago. At that time, i didn't even know how to cook rice using a rice cooker. My sister showed me a video from this channel and i thought: "Wow, how weird, having a dog narrating a cooking video?" 😆 But i was amused at the same time, and hooked instantly. One day i decided to try the recipes out. Since then, i've been waiting religiously for new videos from this Cooking With Dog channel. So it was this very channel that taught me to cook. Even when i didn't try the recipes out, it was still fun to see Chef making mouth-watering dishes with Francis at her side. Last year, Francis passed away, not too long after my own dog passed away. I was heartbroken beyond words. I thought they would stop the show. But i was wrong. I imagine it was painful to shoot a new video without Francis, but they keep going. It has been 10 years now since the first video uploaded on Youtube, and this channel will and always be my favorite one. Arigatou, Chef-san and Producer-san! 🙂 #cookingwithdog

寒い季節にはあったかいロールキャベツを作ってほっこりしましょう!とろ火でコトコト煮たのでキャベツが柔らかくて甘い!

ロールキャベツの作り方

<材料>4人分(8個分)
合挽き肉:200g
※牛肉だけ、豚肉だけの挽き肉でも良い
塩:小さじ1/2
こしょう
パン粉:20g
牛乳:大さじ3
卵:1個
玉ねぎ(みじん切り):70g

キャベツ:1玉(今回使用したのは1.6kg)

トマトソース(市販):1袋(295ml)
湯:250〜300ml(ロールキャベツが浸かる量で鍋により異なります)
ベーコン(薄切り5mm幅):30g
ブイヨンキューブ(刻む):1個(約5g)

ローリエ:1枚

コショウ
パルメザンチーズ(粉)
パセリみじん切り
